Frasers Hospitality owns and operates 7 properties in the UK. Brands include Fraser Suites, Fraser Place and Fraser Residence as well as Park International Hotel. These perfectly located properties can be found in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow providing guests with a comfortable and luxurious experience. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, our accommodations are available for short and long stays.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager West London based to build, develop and manage a client base within the corporate market segment. Additionally, the Sales Manager will maximise revenue from existing accounts, and create cross-selling opportunities within the secured client base to the other Frasers Hospitality properties in the UK, EMEA as well as chain wide. What you’ll be doing as Sales Manager – West London

  • Working towards achieving the weekly / monthly KPI’s of sales meetings and new accounts
  • Actively source new clients through sales prospection plans, networking, cold calling and other activities that will help to grow the direct client’s portfolio in West London
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, new and existing, assigned by the DOS UK
  • Maintaining responsibility of selected key accounts and setting up account plans
  • Working towards achieving the annual set Revenue Targets and overall Budget for Fraser Suites Queens Gate
  • Assist with the management of Consortia clients and growth market share with key accounts
  • Responsible for proactively driving revenue and securing business for both short and long stays at the right ADR
  • Representing Frasers Hospitality on sales meetings, in-house events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Maintain an open and frequent communication with the UK Sales Team, other departments and other properties
  • Manage, complete and secure RFP’s processes and local contracts on time.
  • Drive special projects under the direction of the DOS UK
  • Personal presentation to the highest standards, projecting a professional image to both internal and external contacts
  • Attend Departmental inductions, job chats and performance reviews as well as annual appraisals.
  • Gain knowledge of third-party booking procedures
  • Complete all reports on the due date each month
  • Assist DOS UK in training new/existing members of the Sales Team
  • Conduct fam trips and show rounds of the properties
  • Keep a good knowledge of local area, including new competitors, and conduct SWOT analysis on a frequent basis
  • Maintain records of all correspondence with clients via CRM, keeping the database up to date
What we’re looking for:
  • You will have demonstrable experience in a Sales capacity, ideally in the corporate market, and in a multi-unit, multi-market environment or hotel environment. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A proven track record of delivery and have excellent working knowledge of account management and relationship building.
  • Tenacious, passionate, competitive, and committed.
  • Driven, self-motivated and works to exceed targets.
  • Collaborative and enjoys working with a team.
