Key responsibilities:

* Candidate sourcing through various platforms, ideally within a professional services environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* An understanding of the compliance process, within a Recruitment/HR function

* Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team

* Relationship building, with internal and external stakeholders
