Role: Multilingual Technical Sales Administrator

Location: Ely. Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

We are seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Technical Sales Administrator to join a Customer Service Team and support with a combination of administrative, technical, and sales support tasks.

You will ideally come from a technical, manufacturing or engineering industry, speak fluent in English and at least one other European language, preferably French, German or Swedish.

Duties will include:

* Communicating with the customer via phone and email

* Creating quotations for special products

* Processing orders

* Data maintenance for product details

* Processing and coordination of repair and replacement orders

* Coordination of repair cost estimates between customer and repair sites

* Coordination of replacement items with manufacturing sites

* Follow up on open returns and provide status updates to customers

Skills and Experience Required:

* Engineering/ manufacturing background

* Previous experience within a Customer Support Representative role

* An ability to provide a high standard of customer service via phone and e-mail

* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system

* Good skills in another European language (German, Swedish or French)

* A high attention to detail
