An outstanding social value organisation is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join the successful growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor with ER case management experience,
Your responsibilities will include:
• To provide advice and guidance to employees and line managers on all HR issues.
• Support business areas in the management of all employee relations issues - low level & complex      ER Casework.
• Support managers to effectively manage sickness absence.
• Supporting service restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes.
• Coaching & Upskilling junior team members.
• Staff engagement DEI and wellbeing focus.
• Exit interviews (use collected data to inform retention initiatives and strategies involving the wider HR team).
• HR Project Work
