Join Academics as a School Lettings Assistant!

Are you looking for a flexible role in an inclusive school environment? Academics are currently working with an excellent Secondary School in Rochester who are seeking a Lettings Assistant to help manage the school's facilities outside of school hours. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for community groups, sports teams, and local organisations using our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

? Opening and closing the school for lettings bookings? Setting up and clearing down spaces as required? Welcoming and assisting hirers, ensuring a positive experience? Monitoring facilities and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed? Reporting any issues or damages to the Lettings Manager? Providing excellent customer service to all users

What We're Looking For:

?? Reliable, responsible, and proactive attitude?? Strong communication and customer service skills?? Ability to work independently and problem-solve?? Basic knowledge of site security and safety procedures ?? Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
