My client based in Huntingdon are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The successful applicant should be proficient at handling and switching between multiple computer applications, such as SAP, Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. You must be able to work under pressure and learn very quickly. Since the successful candidate will be communicating with customers on a regular basis, a proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary, knowledge of other languages could also prove an asset.
· Own transport desirable due to location.
· This is an office based role.
· Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
· Salary - £28-35,000 DOE
Main Responsibilities:
· Taking orders by email
· Entering orders into SAP ERP system
· Providing support to external Sales Managers
· Progressing, expediting supplier orders
· Tracking the process of each job from order to delivery to ensure that everything happens within the given time frame
· Keeping the client informed during each step of the process
· Answering the telephone and redirecting calls
· Inputting data of various kinds
· Completing general administrative tasks
· Dealing with customer and supplier queries
