Duties:

HVAC Competent

Main duties/brief outline of job - AHU Servicing and Reactive Maintenance for Mechanical Technicians

Maintenance of AHU Systems, knowledge of working on a BMS System, where required, to provide technical support to mechanical engineers, understanding the operations of mechanical plant and completion of all associated mechanical PPMs. This includes pump maintenance, motors and general day to day maintenance.

Requirements

City & Guilds trained in Mechanical Engineering / Domestic Plumbing
