Description
- Providing efficient administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Managing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls.
- Liaising with clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
- Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Contributing positively to the team and the wider organisation.
