Package Manager / Agent required for High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme.

Permanent Staff position based North West London / West London - On Site.
Salary negotiable depending on relevant experience + travel allowance and benefits package.

Role Brief:
As the Package Manager you will play a leading role in delivering the works across multiple assets. You will be accountable for the execution of the works through the full contract lifecycle, from design and preconstruction, through construction, to completion and handover.
As Package Manager you will oversee 11 headhouse assets across the project.
You will develop excellent working relationships with key subcontractors to ensure that the works are completed right first time.
Ensure that the works are delivered in an efficient manner.
You will act as a hub point for the delivery of the package, working closely with the asset deliver, technical and commercial teams to ensure the successful execution of the works.
Management and Administration of Subcontract Construction Packages through the full contract lifecycle.
Managing the completion of the Stage 5 Detailed Design based on the Stage 4 Contractors Design. Ensuring readiness to commence works on site, developing assurance and delivery management plans with the suppliers to meet the contract requirements.

Essential:
•Suitable building/civil engineering technical qualification HNC/HND/Degree
•Experience of managing Structural Steel Packages or Building Envelope Packages (ie roofing and cladding)
•Experience of managing NEC Subcontracts
•Experience of managing subcontract detailed design
•Experience of working in large complex nationally significant infrastructure projects.
•Excellent communication skills
•Relevant CSCS Card.
•Training in Health & Safety and Environmental management. (SMSTS)
•Experience of managing NEC Option A and C subcontracts
•Experience of scheme handover
