Toolmaker

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire
Schedule: 4-day week, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (39 hours)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Toolmaker looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our precision engineering team.

With upcoming retirements in our toolroom, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and play a key part in the future of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.

* Work with CNC vertical milling machines (experience preferred but not essential).

* Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.

* Maintain, repair, and produce press tools as required.

* Assist with power press maintenance and support the press shop when needed.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a toolroom or machine shop environment.

* Strong proficiency in manual machining; CNC knowledge is an advantage.

* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

* A proactive and adaptable mindset to support a busy production team
