Person Specification:

* MRICS qualified - Chartered Building Surveyor

* Senior level of experience

* Proven experience in the commercial sector

* Driven to progress personally, and self-motivated

Roles & Responsibilities:

With a workload exclusively within the commercial sector, you will be working across a broad range of projects and professional instructions on offices, shopping centres, warehouses, hotels, and everything in between.

There is a project bias to this role.

You will initially be fed work but when possible you will also bring new clients into the business and further develop existing relationships.

You will not be expected to have a team management function but you will be self-managing as far as workload and client management is concerned.

Salary & Package:

Package of up to £80,000 (dependent on experience).
