Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

Job Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with other professionals, such as Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) and therapists
Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress

Required:

Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of different learning needs and styles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
