Job Overview:

As an Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of operations, handling all office administration while providing essential support to our sales and marketing departments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and dispatch of retail, trade, and domestic and international orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily liaison with the wider team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sales order processing using Sage.
  • Creating and sending invoices.
  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Daily communication with customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining systems and databases.
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working independently while also being a supportive team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
