Role Responsibilities

• Managing audits from planning to final sign-off for a range of clients including companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Leading client meetings at every stage of the audit, building trusted relationships and escalating where needed
• Developing and supporting junior team members to strengthen their technical and communication skills
• Identifying areas for improvement across audit processes, contributing to greater efficiency and client satisfaction?

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience leading audits and managing clients in a practice environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and risk management
• A natural ability to mentor and motivate junior staff
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
• Passion for building long-term client relationships?

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
• Full-time, permanent role
