Job Title: Visiting Mechanical Project Manager

Location/s: South East and London

With over 30 years of experience, they deliver projects nationwide with a commitment to the highest standards, health and safety compliance, and continuous performance monitoring.

Job Description: they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical aspects of their projects in the South East and London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical project management on-site visits.

* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.

* Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met.

* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project/Contracts Manager in the M&E industry.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes.

* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in project management software and tools.

* Valid CSCS card and other relevant certifications.
