Financial Controller – Management Consultancy – Paying £85,000-£95,000 plus 10% bonus (Hybrid role) – Arabic SpeakingWe have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and dynamic Financial Controller to join a growing international management consultancy. You will be the lead Finance person for the UK businesses, reporting into the Global CFO who is based in Jordan, along with a key business partner to the UKMD. You will lead a team of 4, and have lots of support from the Group team too.  It’s a fantastic and varied senior finance role for a growing division of a global powerhouse in the consulting space.  Responsibilities

• Monthly Management Accounts preparation for various UK entities
• Key gatekeeper between UK operations and Group in Dubai
• Team of 4 to lead and develop
• Commercial stewardship of the UK consulting business of c100 FTEs
• All statutory & audit responsibilities
• Continuous improvement of processes and systems

  About You:

• Fully Qualified Accountant & Arabic speaker
• Experience in an international business, dealing with cross border transactions
• Leadership experience
• Strong character, able to deal with ambiguity
• Systems savvy
