Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Parts Team and engage with our amazing customers.
• Contact customers to get approval on quotations sent for repairs.
• Liaise with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to support our busy team.
• Maintain and manage relationships with our customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Parts Administrator or within a Parts company in Material Handling, Plant, Equipment Hire, Retail (e.g., Screwfix or a trade counter), M&E Engineering contracting, or Transport/Logistics preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency with Microsoft & data systems.
• Good time management.
• Ability to work unsupervised as required.
