Are you a patient and skilled Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with challenging behaviours?
We are recruiting for a dedicated TA to join a supportive school in Blackpool. This important role involves working closely with a child who is struggling with authority and has experienced trauma in their life.
You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children.
• A calm and collected approach to de-escalate situations when needed.
• A strong understanding of the impact of trauma on children and the ability to use trauma-informed strategies.
• Impeccable attendance to provide consistent support to the child.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
