We're working with an outstanding regional business to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can take a lead on some upcoming marine projects.

The business has a great presence on the South Coast with projects from Dover to Plymouth working with local authorities, private clients at various ports, Environment Agency and Coastal Partners.

In a marine environment their expertise includes piling works, reinforced concrete sea walls, revetment works and mooring systems.

Duties will include:

* Working with the project team to record costs, change and variation

* Minimise cost and risk of the project and enhance value for money

* Provide commercial support to the engineering staff on site and carry out measures

* Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract
