Leader Education are recruiting a support worker to work at an SEN School based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have special educational needs including complex care, autism, speech and language and other needs. The school caters for children from 5 years to 18 years.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes

Desirable skills - Makaton, PECS, BSL experience
