Description

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all payments are up to date.
Handle customer queries regarding credit control in a timely and professional manner.
Regularly liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on credit control activity.
Assist in the development and implementation of credit control strategies.
Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for credit control.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations relating to credit control.Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar credit control role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of credit control processes and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
