Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working in primary settings (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude.
• Valid DBS (or willingness to undergo DBS check).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to the needs of each class and support all students effectively.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and support teams.
• Maintain a professional and flexible attitude in varied school settings.
