Our successful, expanding Client based in North West Bristol has a need for a Plant Operations Supervisor.

Duties Include:

* Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities

* Customer service, managing queries

* Managing holiday schedule for plant and operational staff

* Managing the fuel requirements for the plant and for satellite sites

* Looking after the daily requirements of the plant, then updating the plant schedule

* Recording the hours worked by the plant staff and forwarding them onto payroll

* Organising road brush and recording costs

* Update training plan

* Database and ensure all are up to date

* PPE checks

* Provide support to the ops and transport department
