Fire and Security Installation Manager - £40,000-£50,000

We are recruiting for an additional installation manager to manage and coordinate the installation of fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, and CCTV systems. This newly established position presents an excellent opportunity for a Fire and Security Engineer with strong technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills to advance into a managerial role. It is also ideal for someone who has previously held a similar position within the fire and security industry.

The company are experiencing rapid growth and are already one of the largest privately owned installers of fire tection and security systems in the Southeast.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the installation of alarm, access control fire alarm and CCTV systems

* Plan Internal Resources and subcontractors

* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives

* Ensure of resource availability and materials

* Project planning

* Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs

* Measure and view project performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget

* Report to ops director

* Financial control and planning

* Control margin performance of each job and ensure financial targets are acheived

* Report on overall margin performance and KPIs to senior management

* Report on and explain overspend and margin variances

* Input to budget and forecast process
