Fall Protection Engineer

£14.50 - Per hour + Travel time paid at 1.5x

Winner Recruitment are currently working with a well-established nationwide service provider who specialise in offering bespoke services such as installation and inspection of fall protection equipment as well as building maintenance such as roofing repairs, gutter maintenance and specialist cleaning such as window cleaning, graffiti removal and more.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit for a Fall Protection Engineer to install and inspect fall protection equipment such as Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines, Eyebolts - fall restraint and abseil, Gantries and walkways, Guardrails, Ladders - fixed and portable, General lifting equipment.

Duties:

* As a fall protection engineer you will be performing installations and inspection of Fall Protection equipment such as Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines, Eyebolts - fall restraint and abseil, Gantries and walkways, Guardrails, Ladders - fixed and portable, General lifting equipment.

* Your role will be identifying any service or reactive maintenance needed following inspections of the fall protection equipment

* As a Fall protection engineer you need to put health and safety at the forefront of any work completed and ensure it fits in line with health and safety guidelines set out by the British standard

* This role is a national role and will require you to work away at times (Expenses paid)

Candidate:

* As a fall protection engineer you must have extensive training with installing and inspecting systems such as Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines, Eyebolts - fall restraint and abseil, Gantries and walkways, Guardrails, Ladders - fixed and portable, General lifting equipment

* Holding relevant qualifications is advantageous e.g. IPAF, PASMA, Working at heights

* Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
