Our client, a well-established manufacturer of aluminium and plastic extrusion parts, is looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join their growing team. If you have experience in powder coating or working within a paint shop, this is your chance to secure a long-term role with excellent career prospects.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate the powder coating plant

* Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish

* Adjust machine settings to maintain high production standards

* Follow safe working practices and operational procedures

* Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency

* Assist with preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for better productivity and quality

* Previous experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role

* A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering quality work

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks
