Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst for our client based in Leatherhead. You will develop and drive forward the data management strategy and assist suppliers and systems.

Duties:

• Be responsible for the maintenance, development and integrity of the databases, ensuring data is accurate, current and consistent.
• Managing user accounts and induction of new staff
• Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems and associates business processes are fit for purpose.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the databases, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and data management.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and that best business practice is followed with regards to use and maintenance of data stored.
• Liaising with third party suppliers for system issues and any new releases.
• Building dashboards and reports to assist with teams
• Happy to fulfil any other duties asked of you

Experience:

• Educated to a relevant degree or equivalent employment experience
• Over 3 years of experience in a business systems analyst/support role.
• Experience of managing own projects from start to finish to meet deadlines with multiple stakeholders using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and commitment to ensuring compliance with fundraising and data protection regulation for supporter information.
• An effective communicator in both oral and written English; writes in a succinct, structured way.
• Able to communicate technical processes to non-technical audiences and provide feedback
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
