Your new company
Your new company is a boutique law firm working across all aspects of UK and International immigration. They're based in Central London and their office is close to a range of transport links, both underground and national rail. This role is a sole charge position, joining a small finance team of 4.

Your new role
You will be tasked with overseeing the billing and collections across the companies' practice groups, liaising with partners, fee earners and legal secretaries. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Monitoring WIP and debtor reports and presenting the findings to the owning partners.
Challenging partners and solicitors on un-billed WIP that is affecting lock-up.
Maintaining contact with clients to aid query resolution and positively impact cash collection.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the application process for this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience within a professional services environment and be comfortable raising invoices based off time-sheets. You will be comfortable working solo and not be fazed by interacting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
