We have a brand-new opportunity for a supervisor to join our team, to play an important role, overseeing the operational delivery of smart water meters. You'll be ensuring team cohesion, driving productivity and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

This is an exciting time to join us, as you'll be at the start of our journey in building a great relationship with our new client, Affinity Water, ensuring the service they receive exceeds their expectations.

Here are just some of the activities, that you'll get involved with…

• Set your team up for success; by ensuring they receive the training and mentoring required, to make their best contribution and continually develop their skills
• Motivate and manage your team, creating a dynamic, fun and challenging environment
• Monitor team and individual performance providing supportive feedback when required
• Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas ensuring best practice is shared with others
• Promote a right first time and zero harm safety culture
• Collaborate with a variety of colleagues, customers and suppliers to ensure the planning of work, control of labour, plant and materials are fully optimised, and that risks are reduced or mitigated.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation, as well as water quality policies
• Ensure all administration and reports are completed efficiently and to the highest of standards

In this fast-paced environment, we'll be making great use of your extensive health & safety expertise, as well as your excellent organisational skills.

Previous experience in a similar role with a good knowledge of the construction & water industry.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

A good level of computer literacy across MS Office applications.

Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and SMSTS. 

A full and valid UK driving licence is essential.
