The role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with a SEMH School based in Bexley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you must be a confident, approachable and flexible person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be required to support students out of class and use de - escalation techniques to managing their challenging behaviour. You will be working with Social, Emotional Mental Health needs and a variety of learning disabilities and must have previous experience working with these needs. To be considered for this role you must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and be immediately available for a full-time role.

The school is a Secondary SEMH school located in Bexley and work with students with a range of learning needs. Their vision is that no student should be disadvantaged through lack of opportunity, and they provide strong pastoral care to their students.
