Job Title: Attendance Officer Location: Chesterfield Salary: £105 - £125 per day We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Attendance Officer to join an AP in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance, making home visits and promoting a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record student attendance Identify and address patterns of non-attendance Make home visits to improve student attendance Work closely with families, carers and external agencies Maintain accurate attendance records and reports Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates Requirements: Previous experience as an Attendance Officer or a similar role Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation Valid driving license and access to a car Business insurance for car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and contribute to their academic success.
