• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and refine UX concepts that ensure ease of use and optimal user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data to optimize for user engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency of the user experience across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
