Job Title: Parts & Retail Advisor
Location: Norfollk
Salary:    £25,000 to £27,000

My client is looking for an experienced Parts & Retail Advisor to join them on a Full Time permanent basis.

About your new Parts & Retail Supervisor Role:

Assisting with the day-to-day retail sales within the showroom which will include Parts, Country Clothing and Groundcare machinery sales.
Providing excellent customer service dealing with customers enquiries over the phone and face to face
Supporting internal workshop technicians with parts identification
Goods receiving and distribution of orders  
Qualifications & Skills required:

An interest in Agricultural, Groundcare and Construction machinery
Mechanically minded and able to identify parts
Work well under pressure and a keen eye for detail
Excellent customer service skill
