Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

About Us:
Leader Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager on behalf of our client for a new Ofsted-registered children's residential home in Liverpool. The home will support up to 3 young people, providing therapeutic care in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Build a child-centred therapeutic environment, promoting positive outcomes for children.
- Develop and supervise a skilled and motivated staff team, ensuring they have the training and support needed to excel.
- Establish strong relationships with multi-agency teams and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
- Manage safeguarding, care planning, risk assessments, and service governance.
- Ensure the home is always ready for Ofsted inspections, maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children's home rated "Good" or above.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including Children's Act 1989/2004, and safeguarding best practices.
- Proven experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours, including emotional, mental health, and behavioural difficulties.
- A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
