Role: French speaking Technical Support representative
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email (mainly in French)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software related
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide solutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and in English
