Fire Safety Co-Ordinator

£21.31 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Safety Co-Ordinator.

1. Able to use MS Word and Excel packages proficiently. ( E )

2. Level of numeracy and literacy to analyse data and write reports and correspondence commensurate to grade. ( E )

3. Understanding of files and folders information configuration and collation ( E )

4. Knowledge of Fire Safety matters, and health and safety matters ( D )

5. Experience of high-volume file / process-oriented tasks in a public sector environment ( E )

6. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. ( E )

7. Able to effectively plan and organise a wide and challenging workload to tight deadlines ( E )

8. Able to explain complex information clearly to members of the public, staff, and contractors within a professional environment. ( E )

9. Able to create and maintain effective working relationships. ( E )

Onsite at least 2-3 days a week
