Our client is seeking a dedicated Commissioning Home Manager to spearhead the launch of a new, state-of-the-art nursing home.

• Registered Nurse Qualification: Active NMC registration is essential.

About the Role

As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and running a new nursing home, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence. You will:

• Lead the Commissioning Process: Oversee the entire commissioning process, from recruitment and training to policy implementation and service development.
• Build and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing care team committed to delivering person-centred care.
• Drive Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and consistently strive for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
• Operational Management: Establish effective systems for staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
