• Welcoming customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Providing updates on vehicle repairs and ensuring transparent communication.
• Coordinating with technicians and managing workflow efficiently.
• Handling paperwork with precision and maintaining excellent organisational standards.
• Exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• A passion for customer service and the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
• A valid, clean UK Driving Licence (held for at least 1 year).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Competitive Salary: Basic £31,500 + OTE of £45,000–£53,000+ per annum.
• Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12:30pm).
