Job role

Overall this role will:

* Carry out on-site flow meter services including repair, refurbishment, testing, verification and calibration. Internally and on-site.

* Review, bench test, repair, refurb and test all returned meters and customer projects.

* Offer problem/fault finding service to customers.

* Build effective customer relationships by providing flow measurement expertise, technical competence and sales awareness.

* Develop existing experience and knowledge along with supporting growth of our ever expanding growth in new and existing products and services with the opportunity of career development.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

We appreciate that the role requirements may seem very specific but we are a dynamic team with many years of experience and given this, for the right candidate full training will provided. Previously working in a service environment either internally or externally (ideally both) would be of an advantage.

* Ideally within a service environment.

* Engineering applications within engineering, process and/or manufacturing industries.

* Flow measurement/instrumentation/heat metering experience. Not essential but preferred.

* On-site and internal service work.

* Carrying out site surveys/fault finding.

* Repairs and maintenance.

Skills:

* I.T. Literate with experience of word processing, spreadsheet and databases.

* Data analysis and report writing.

* Effective call handling.

* Excellent organisational abilities.

* Problem solving - feedback to customers.

* Attention to detail and meticulous with projects and reports
