A leading TSM consultancy is seeking a highly skilled M&E Manager / Technical Service Manager / Building Services Manager to join their dynamic team in the Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work across multiple projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality M&E packages within the healthcare, aviation, education, commercial, and high-end residential sectors.

The Role:
As a Technical Service Manager, you will oversee and manage the M&E package across a diverse range of projects. Working directly with the main contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical services throughout all project phases, including pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the M&E package across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the key point of contact between the TSM consultancy and the main contractor.
• Ensure smooth project delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning.
• Oversee quality control, compliance, and adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to optimise project efficiency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an M&E Manager / Technical Service Manager / Building Services Manager within the M&E sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical services within hospitals, airports, schools, commercial, and high-end residential projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to oversee projects at pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
