Job Title: Site Agent
 
Location: Midlands, UK
 
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
 
My client are a leading multidisciplinary Tier 1 contractor providing construction and civil engineering solutions to a variety of high profile public and private sector clients. Following ongoing contract success, they're looking for a Highways Site Agent to join the team within the Midlands region.
 
Responsibilities of the Highways Site Agent:
·Travel to sites within the Midlands region
·Ensure HSE principles are adhered to
·Take responsibility for efficient delivery of works
·Handle resourcing of sites
·Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
·Drive commercial performance of projects
·Produce accurate reports and chair meetings regularly
 
Requirements of the Highways Site Agent:
·Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
·SMSTS and CSCS
·EUSR preferred
·Working knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
·Demonstrable experience in a similar management role within the highways sector
·Willing to travel across sites
