Assembly Operative Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton37.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 07:30-17:30 and Thursday 07:30-17:00 £12.64 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £18.96Our well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and are looking for committed individuals to join them.The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing/Assembling and will understand and be committed to following existing processes within a high performing team. If have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.For those Candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed. Manufacturing Operative Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assembling cables
• Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
• Labelling cables
• Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
• Quality testing
• Box preparation
• Picking small items ready for manufacturing
