What You'll Be Doing

* Managing office tasks - calls, scheduling, emails & front-of-house services

* Supporting order processing, transport logistics & warehouse coordination

* Assisting with resource planning, staff training & project coordination

* Writing, reviewing & implementing company policies & procedures

* Driving business improvements & compliance projects (ISO accreditation)

* Working with the General Manager to enhance efficiency

Who We're Looking For

✔ Confident with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Experience in admin, office management, or operations support
