We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the ETM Collection team. This individual will play a key role in driving our online presence, engaging with our audience, and growing brand awareness across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, exceptional content creation skills, and a passion for hospitality and lifestyle branding.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft engaging and brand-appropriate copy.
Strong visual content skills (experience with photography, videography, and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Reputation, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, report, and analyse performance.
A passion for hospitality, events, and entertainment, with an understanding of the target audience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
