Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Service

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

R&R Specialist Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established 6-bed service in Birmingham. This service provides tailored support for individuals with Learning Disabilities and is backed by a dedicated staff team and a Deputy Manager. The service currently holds a "Good" rating from CQC, and our client is looking for a strong leader to maintain and enhance its high standards.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, delivering high-quality care, and fostering a positive and person-centred environment for both residents and staff. You will be responsible for service development, staff management, and continuous improvement.

✔ Has experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health setting
✔ Is passionate about supporting individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives
✔ Has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in staff management and service quality
✔ Is well-versed in CQC regulations, updates, and best practices
