The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire young learners.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning.

Participate in professional development opportunities to further your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching all areas of the primary curriculum.

Maintaining discipline in the classroom and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Marking work and providing feedback to pupils and parents.

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values.

Engaging in the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS.

A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
