Remuneration: £30,000 - 40,000 + profit share bonusBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems will involve:

• Technical Surveyor position dealing various roofing services for both new build and refurbishment sectors
• Attend client sites to undertake roofing surveys
• Prepare customer quotations utilising our clients’ integrated management system
• Maintain record utilising CRM, providing monthly updates
• Checking that the installed products are being installed correctly and to standards
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyor to flag additions / variations
• Respond and follow up sales enquiries with key clients
• Achieve monthly KPI’s around surveys carried out, customers engaged with etc
• Working on projects ranging in value from £10k - £1m+

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems with:

• Must have technical experience within the roofing industry
• Ideally track record in conducting surveys and estimates within the refurbishment & new build market sectors
• Must be able to demonstrate sound roofing knowledge
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passionate about roofing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work autonomously
