Roofing Estimator - Coulsdon, Croydon - Commercial Main Contractor

Our client is a Main Contractor that are looking for an experienced and established Estimator to join their team.

Important details for a Senior Estimator applying for this role:

Estimating new bids.

*

To liaise with prospective client's both pre and post tender to promote the Company.

*

To provide accurate, comprehensive and competitive cost proposals - working to deadlines.

*

The preparation and submission of PQQ documents

*

Business developments

*

Attend meetings as required.

*

You will be responsible for managing several tenders at once.

Skills and Experience:

*

Logical and well organised with the ability to prioritise

*

Numerate and accurate.

*

Good communication skills

*

Presentation skills - Written and Verbal

*

Technical competence in the estimating process

*

Minimum of 5 year's working within an estimating team.

*

Experienced in commercial, tin sheds or roofing.

*

Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
