Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bristol Office, Covering Projects Across the South West of England
Sector: Rail and Highways
Project Value Range: £500k - £6 million

We are seeking a Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a principal contractor in the infrastructure industry. This role will lead a diverse portfolio of projects within the rail and highways sectors. The successful candidate will have NEC experience and must have been operating at a Senior level for at least a year.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of rail and highways projects.
Oversee projects ranging from £500k to £6 million in value.
Utilise NEC contract experience to manage costs, risks, and contractual relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of one year at the senior level.
Strong knowledge and experience with NEC contracts.
Ability to manage projects within the rail and highways sectors.
