Job Overview
We are working with an SEMH School who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and support in educating children, including those with autism. The role involves providing care and assistance to toddlers while working closely with educators in a special education setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist in educating and caring for children, particularly those with autism
- Support teachers in implementing educational activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Provide individualised attention to students to enhance learning
- Help maintain a safe and organised learning environment

Requirements
- Experience working with children, especially toddlers
- Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate with children and adults
- Passion for supporting the educational development of young learners
- Strong organisational skills to assist in classroom activities
